Senior Living Group comprises 26 high-quality residential care and nursing homes at various locations throughout the country, in which 2.000 employees take the best possible care of 3.750 residents.

In the same way that high-quality care forms the basis of our mission when it comes to the residents, we as a group also wish to take the best possible care of our employees and provide them with a pleasant working environment.

The group is run by central management with a dual task:

  • it supervises each residential care and nursing home individually, monitors the various operational procedures in order to optimise quality and activities, supports local management with specialised know-how and helps determine the strategic paths to be taken;
  • it is responsible for central tasks, such as negotiating framework contracts with suppliers and integrating new acquisitions.

Senior Living Group is growing in two ways:

  • organically through the expansion and/or renovation of existing residential care and nursing homes and through the opening of new ones;
  • via takeovers, because Senior Living Group is always looking for private residential care and nursing homes (with accommodation for more than 80 residents) that comply with all regulations and meet our high quality requirements with regard to accommodation and the care and services provided.
