Geriatric Center Van Zande is located on Chaussée de Gand, in the town centre, and is easy to reach by tram (no. 82) and bus (no. 85).
The residential care home consists of two buildings, connected to each other by an underground car park and a beautiful garden, the home's pride and joy!
We welcome both Dutch- and French-speaking seniors.
Able-bodied and disabled residents are catered for. and there is a special area for those suffering from dementia.
A multidisciplinary team is always on hand to provide each senior with the necessary attention and tailor-made care they require.
Every resident is given breathing space and is encouraged to be independent, receiving physical, mental and social stimulation.
